Plan, supervise, and monitor civil construction, renovation, and maintenance works in the hospital.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
Prepare estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), project schedules, and technical specifications.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and hospital infrastructure standards.
Handle repairs and maintenance of hospital buildings, patient areas, OPDs, ICUs, and utility spaces.
Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and project documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, biomedical, and facility teams for infrastructure requirements.
Maintain records of projects, drawings, approvals, and maintenance activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
