Role Overview
The Caregiver serves as a frontline representative of Guardian Angel Homecare, delivering patient care services. The role requires independent work, positive judgment, and adherence to company policies while attending to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Support mobility (walking assistance, bed-to-chair transfers, etc.)
Monitor and record vital signs
Administer medications as instructed
Provide emotional support and companionship
Assist with feeding and meal preparation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s surroundings
Follow care plans and report any health changes
Accompany patients for hospital visits when required
