Job Description – Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the Accounts & Finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and financial reports.
Ensure proper recording of sales, purchases, expenses, and other transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding billing and payment-related matters.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.




Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries.
Perform other accounts-related duties as assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliances.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment will be preferred.
Candidates who can independently handle routine accounting activities will be an added advantage.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
Location: Mohali

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
