Must Have
Over 5 years of Salesforce.com development experience, with a solid focus on Apex and Visualforce development
Experience in developing Salesforce CRM applications for sales, including workflows, approvals, reports (including joined reports), and dashboards, along with basic SFDC “click and customize” environment
Solid development skills in Lightning, Apex and Visualforce, including writing triggers, components, and classes
Proven skills in integrating JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX-based functionalities in Visualforce
Experience in analyzing security requirements and accordingly designing and implementing profiles, roles, and permissions
Experience in developing integration processes using Salesforce.com’s Web Services API and third-party integration tools (Apex Data Loader, DB Amp)
Knowledge of SFDC deployment, configuration, and administration processes is an added advantage
Demonstrates continuous learning and stays updated with the latest Salesforce releases
Familiarity with jQuery, CSS, XML, DHTML, and HTML
Experience with .NET development, web services development,



and SQL development to build integration points between Salesforce and back-end systems
Work on application development lifecycle activities, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation
Execute all phases of software application projects, including resolving issues and ensuring successful deployment
Proactively adapt to the changing business and technological landscape of Salesforce and .NET/Java platforms
Ability to design Salesforce solutions and form effective project plans, adding value in all stages of project work (definition, development, deployment)
Must be able to assist in developing customized solutions to problems identified by business area managers
Ability to tackle inconsistencies in data quality and create processes to overcome system deficiencies
Ability to master recent technologies and development models

Good to Have:

Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery
Salesforce certification(s)
