Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end B2B order processing, dispatch coordination, and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor marketplace operations across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Tata 1mg, and others while ensuring SLA compliance.
Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution.
Track and manage RTO, RTV, returns, pending putaway cases, and other operational exceptions.
Prepare and maintain operational MIS reports, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely escalations.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
