Design dust suppression and utility piping systems as per client specifications.
Check / Evaluate / Prepare P&IDs;, Design Basis Reports, GA drawings, piping layouts, isometrics and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD.
Perform hydraulic calculations including pipe sizing, head loss, friction loss, pump head, and flow calculations as per system requirement in Design Basis Reports / System Control Philosophy.
Select and size pumps, valves, nozzles, strainers and other pipeline components as per system requirement.
Prepare design basis reports based on relevant hydraulic / pipe calculations.
Prepare BOMs, material take-offs and technical datasheets as per project specifications and system requirements.
Prepare technical & commercial offers along with project estimations.
Coordinate with project, procurement and site teams for design execution and resolve techno-commercial queries.
Review / check client specifications, drawings and technical documents to ensure compliances.
Support commissioning and troubleshooting by providing engineering solutions when required.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
