THE RAMLEE GRAND HOTEL AND RESTAURANT, Dausa, Rajasthan is hiring an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations.

We are a growing hotel with a restaurant, banquet hall, marriage garden, corporate event facilities, and premium accommodation.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day kitchen operations.
Prepare and supervise high-quality North Indian vegetarian cuisine.
Handle banquet, wedding, and corporate event food production.
Maintain hygiene and food quality standards.
Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with the management team.

Requirements
Experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens.
Experience handling banquet and wedding catering is preferred.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Plan menus and maintain food cost control.
Immediate joining preferred.
