Role

Convert qualified sales meetings into paying customers by managing the sales process from discovery to close.

Responsibilities
Conduct sales calls with qualified prospects.
Understand requirements, pain points, budget and timeline.
Recommend the right Webchirpy solution.
Present proposals and pricing.
Handle objections and negotiate.
Follow up until a decision is made.
Close deals and coordinate payment/onboarding handover.
Maintain CRM and pipeline updates.
Provide feedback on lead quality.

Commission

Performance-based commission will be paid on successfully converted leads.

Commission is calculated based on the revenue collected from deals closed by the Sales Closer.

The exact commission percentage will be based on the service/product, deal value and applicable company commission structure.

More qualified leads converted = Higher commission.

Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident speaking with founders/business owners
Consultative selling ability
Solid objection-handling skills
Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
Excellent follow-up discipline
2+ years of B2B / IT services / agency / SaaS sales preferred

Ideal candidate: A result-driven salesperson who can take a qualified prospect from meeting → proposal → negotiation → payment → closed deal and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
