Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Academic Counselor to guide prospective students, provide career counseling, and drive admissions. The ideal candidate should have experience in EdTech sales or academic counseling with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on courses, programs, and career prospects.
Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Conduct online and offline counseling sessions and presentations.
Build solid relationships with students, parents, and partners.
Maintain accurate records using CRM/MS Office.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales, Academic Counseling, or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a target-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
