JOB SUMMARY

The person will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing channels. He/She will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and improve ROI across all digital channels. This is a hands-on role that requires a solid analytical mindset, proficiency in MS Excel, and a passion for data driven marketing.

KEY DELIVERABLES
Develop, implement, and manage paid search, display, and video campaigns
Manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and E-Mail Marketing
Conduct keyword research & analysis to identify current opportunities for targeting & optimizing campaigns
Create and manage ad copy and creative assets that are optimized for conversions
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency




Work closely with the content team to develop landing pages that are optimized for campaigns
Track and report on key performance metrics including traffic, conversions, and revenue
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

DESIRED CANDIDATE
Prior experience in search engine marketing and paid advertising
Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Must be proficient in using MS Excel
Robust analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to excute multiple campaigns during the seasons
