Create and modify CNC programs for VMC machines.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on VMC machines.
Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Perform machine setup and first-piece inspection.
Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot machining issues.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
Maintain production records and machine logs.
Follow safety standards and company procedures.
Coordinate with the Quality and Production departments for process improvement.
