About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and a passion for expanding business in the packaging and manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current B2B business opportunities in packaging, printing, corrugated boxes, and allied industries.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with production, planning, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.




Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (Mandatory).
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Experience in the packaging, corrugated, printing, manufacturing, or industrial products industry will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Solid client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
