We are looking for Telecalling Executives with positive communication skills and fluency in Telugu and English.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Communicate with customers professionally and clearly.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up with customers when required.
Requirements:
Fluency in Telugu and English.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation.
Experience: 0–2 years; freshers are welcome.
