Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to successful enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the medical and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Resolve client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
