KVR Maruti, one of Kerala's leading Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Bodyshop Advisors to join our team across. The ideal candidate should possess positive communication skills, technical knowledge of automobiles, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Receive accident and body repair vehicles from customers.
Inspect vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
Explain repair requirements, cost estimates, and delivery timelines to customers.
Coordinate with the Bodyshop team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress.
Ensure quality delivery of repaired vehicles and customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation and job card records.
Achieve customer satisfaction and Bodyshop business targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
