About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&B; Captain to join Kings Club. The role involves supervising the service team, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and delivering an excellent dining experience to our members and guests.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting members and guests with their requirements.
Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.
Ensure timely and skilled food and beverage service.
Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
Handle guest queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Monitor inventory, crockery, cutlery, and service equipment.
Support the team during events, banquets, and peak hours.

Candidate Requirements




2–5 years of experience in F&B; Service, preferably as a Captain.
Hospitality/Hotel Management qualification preferred.
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Positive leadership and team-management abilities.
Well-groomed, confident, and customer focused.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
