We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic manufacturing team located in Ranje Khed, Shivapur. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background and a solid desire to support our sales team in achieving company goals. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries
Coordinate communication between sales, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
A technical background in manufacturing or engineering is preferred
Proven experience in sales coordination within a manufacturing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/SAP software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
