Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead internal audit activities and strengthen controls across branches and Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Branch & HO Internal Audits

- Review Loan, Credit, Collection & Operations processes
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses & fraud
- Prepare Audit Reports and ensure timely closure of observations

•Conduct Special/Fraud Audits as required
- Ensure compliance with RBI quidelines, policies & SOPs
- Recommend improvements in internal controls and risk management
- Lead and mentor the Audit Team

Candidate Profile: ✓CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com

✓5-8 years of relevant experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services

✓Solid knowledge of Internal Audit, Risk & NBFC Operations

✓ Branch Audit & Fraud Investigation experience preferred

✓ Strong analytical, reporting and team-management skills

✓Willingness to travel to branches
