Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business clients (B2B) to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.

- Handle outbound/inbound client communication to drive sales processes and meet targets.

- Build and maintain positive client relationships.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate degree in any field (Required).

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or Customer Support (Required).
