Associate Product Manager - AI-First Automotive Retail

Location: Delhi NCR (On-site/Hybrid) | Experience: 1.5-3 years | Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities

- Product Execution - Break down the product roadmap into clear, well-scoped requirements (PRDs, user stories) that engineering and design can act on.
- Feature Ownership - Own specific features or modules end-to-end-from requirement gathering to launch and post-launch tracking.
- User Research - Talk to dealers, sales, and support teams to understand pain points and translate them into actionable product insights.
- Cross-Functional Coordination - Work daily with Engineering, Design, and QA to keep sprints moving and unblock delivery.
- Data Metrics - Track feature performance and usage metrics (adoption, engagement, drop-offs) and turn data into transparent recommendations.
- QA Release Support - Test features before release, catch edge cases, and ensure quality bars are met.
- GTM Support - Assist in beta rollouts, collect user feedback, and coordinate with Sales/CS on early adoption.
- Documentation - Maintain clean product documentation, changelogs, and process artifacts on tools like Jira and Confluence.

Requirements
- 1.5-3 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, AI/ML-driven, or B2B products.
- Strong analytical skills-comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
- Basic understanding of LLMs,



Generative AI, or Computer Vision concepts (prior hands-on exposure is a plus, not mandatory).
- Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Figma, and basic SQL/analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication-able to write clear PRDs and explain product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.
