Team Lead Associate Product Owner – FinTech / Asset Management – 5+ years – PAN India

Summary -

We are hiring a Team Lead – Associate Product Owner for a leading global analytics and digital transformation organization. If you have strong experience across Asset Management / Investment Management, FinTech, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, SQL and Python, along with exposure to Agile product delivery, this is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact data and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both business and technology teams and independently analysing data to support solution design.

Responsibilities-

1. Work closely with business, product, technology and data teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements, user stories and functional documentation.
2. Analyse and investigate data using SQL and Python to identify issues, validate requirements, generate insights and support solution design.
3. Manage and support Agile product delivery activities including Jira, backlog management, acceptance criteria, sprint planning and UAT.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data flows, APIs, pipelines, integrations and technology solutions within Asset Management / Investment Management environments.
5.



Support data-driven product development, performance metrics, reporting and AI/GenAI-related initiatives while effectively communicating with technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements-

1. 5+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to FinTech, Asset Management, Investment Management or Financial Data.
2. Strong experience in Business Analysis / Product Ownership / Associate Product Owner roles, including requirement gathering, user stories, documentation and UAT.
3. Solid SQL and good Python understanding are mandatory, with the ability to independently analyse and investigate data.
4. Hands-on understanding of data analysis, data management, data pipelines, APIs and system integrations.
5. Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, Jira, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
