Administration Responsibilities

Handle vendor management and purchase of office supplies.
Monitor housekeeping, security, and office maintenance.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation.
Manage company assets and inventory records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
Handle courier, dispatch, and correspondence activities.
Support management with reports and administrative tasks.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain schedules.
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Recruitment and selection of candidates.
Posting job vacancies on job portals and social media.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with department heads.
Employee onboarding and induction process.
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Employee engagement and welfare activities.
Performance appraisal and employee evaluation support.
Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Managing employee training and development programs.
Handling employee exit formalities and full & final settlements.
