The EDP (Electronic Data Processing) Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data related to vehicle sales, customer records, bookings, billing, inventory, and deliveries in the Dealer Management System (DMS). The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, verifying customer documents, coordinating with the Sales, Accounts, Insurance, RTO, and Delivery departments, and ensuring timely and error-free data entry. The EDP Executive is also responsible for updating vehicle stock, maintaining digital and physical records, supporting billing and registration processes, generating operational reports, assisting during audits, and ensuring compliance with Maruti Suzuki dealership standards and company policies.



The ideal candidate should possess positive computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel and MS Office, solid analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. A Bachelor's degree is required, while prior experience in an automobile dealership and knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) will be considered an added advantage. Freshers with valuable computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
