Rajarshi Solutions is looking for a Performance Marketer who is passionate about running high-performing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with a strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).
Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Meta Pixel.
Configure conversion events, enhanced conversions, and custom events for accurate campaign tracking.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better ROI, lead quality, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
Monitor campaign budgets, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.




Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with the design, content, and web development teams for landing page improvements and campaign creatives.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Solid knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Meta Pixel.
Understanding of UTM parameters, event tracking, and conversion optimization.
Knowledge of remarketing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization strategies.
Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
