Job Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Convert leads into successful sales by maintaining a consultative approach.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the CRM or company database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
