Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Email Marketer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase engagement, and support business growth for IT services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and client engagement.
Create email sequences, newsletters, promotional emails, and outreach campaigns.
Build and manage email databases while ensuring list hygiene and segmentation.
Monitor campaign performance including open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions.
Perform A/B testing on subject lines, email copies, CTAs, and templates.
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and anti-spam regulations.
Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign execution.
Use tools such as Mailchimp,



Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, Brevo, or similar platforms.
Analyze campaign reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Maintain domain reputation and email deliverability standards.

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of email marketing strategies and automation.
Experience with cold email outreach and lead nurturing campaigns.
Knowledge of email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Basic understanding of B2B IT services and SaaS marketing is preferred.
Positive analytical and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹11,251.34 - ₹42,920.68 per month
