Have a complete understanding on the Condition Based Monitoring Services covering Vibration analysis.

Qualification & Experience

B-Tech/ Diploma - Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation or equivalent.

Certification from ANST-Vibration institute.

Minimum 3 years of solid Vibration Analyst experience.

Requirements

Expert in the analysis and data collection of the vibration measurements of Rotating Machinery on Monthly/Quarterly Basis.

Knowledge and hands on experience in Machinery Monitoring System / Machinery Performance Systems.

More details

Regularly coordinate with plant personnel including Operations, Maintenance and Engineers to identify and resolve machinery issues.

In-Situ Balancing of Rotor/Rotor assemblies, laser shaft alignment.

Report preparation & Documentation.

Generate reports and submit findings to concerned authorities.
