Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive with mandatory experience in the Food Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with different teams, maintaining operational records, and ensuring smooth and timely business activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
Coordinate with production, purchase, inventory, sales, and dispatch teams.
Monitor stock, raw materials, finished goods, and material movement.
Ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
Maintain daily operational reports, records, and MIS.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Monitor operational quality, hygiene, and process compliance.
Identify operational issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Support management in improving operational efficiency.

Requirements
Mandatory: Previous experience in the Food Industry.
2–5 years of relevant operations experience preferred.
Experience in food production, food processing, FMCG food,



restaurant, catering, or food distribution is preferred.
Good knowledge of inventory, dispatch, coordination, and daily operations.
Basic MS Excel/MIS knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple operational activities efficiently.
Candidates should be comfortable working in Current Town, Kolkata.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
