Provide technical support for internal staff, resolving software, hardware, and network issues via phone, email, or in person.
Manage and support end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications, systems, and networks.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
Set up and configure user accounts, permissions, and access rights using system administration tools.
Support and manage internal IT systems, including servers, databases, and networks.
Assist in managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security.
Document all support requests and resolutions in a helpdesk ticketing system.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on recent technologies, software applications, and IT best practices.
