Job Summary:
The Accounts Head is responsible for overseeing the organization's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, taxation, and effective financial controls. The role involves leading the accounts team and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Supervise the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns (as applicable).
Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit observations.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
Maintain solid internal financial controls and accounting policies.
Reconcile bank accounts and ensure timely closing of books.
Analyze financial performance and present management reports with recommendations.
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounts team.
Support strategic financial planning and decision-making.





Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
CA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
8–15 years of experience in accounting and finance in AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Expertise in taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Leadership, team management, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
