We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and handling domestic and international logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
Source materials from local and international suppliers.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple vendors.
Negotiate prices, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Follow up with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarders and courier companies.
Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
Coordinate with the accounts department regarding vendor payments.
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and logistics documentation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of import/export documentation is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Robust organizational and analytical skills.
Vendor management and negotiation.
Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
