Under general supervision of the Mgr - Mfg Ops and overall Manufacturer Operations Data Services (MODS) Secure Supply Chain leadership, responsible for analyzing and supporting the effectiveness of existing supply chain processes as it relates to the supply chain activity, most importantly ensuring compliance to the DSCSA by supplying data for all outbound shipments and responding to Customer Service inquiries. Recommends and contributes to improved strategies to ensure DSCSA compliance for both Cencora and our dispenser partners.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Act as the escalation path for Customer Service teams when a Cencora Customer (Dispenser) encounters an exception for an outbound order and work towards resolution.
- Assist with managing Manufacturer outbound exceptions that are sent to MODS from our Distribution Center network and work towards resolution.
- Work with Distribution Operations to track and resolve logistics and product shipping issues that affect operational productivity and/or compliance.
- Works closely with customers and other functional areas to improve outbound data quality and resolve missing data and errors.
- Evaluates,
develops and implements process improvements that improve effectiveness and improves the quality or magnitude of the end result.
- Provide technical and analytical support to Customer Operations team.
- Additional responsibilities as determined by the Manufacturer Operations Data Services team.
Work Experience
- 2+ years of experience in operations or supply chain, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Act as escalation point for Customer Service teams on outbound order exceptions.
- Resolve Manufacturer outbound exceptions sent to MODS from Distribution Centers.
- Collaborate with Distribution Operations to address logistics and shipping issues.
- Improve outbound data quality by resolving missing data and errors.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better outcomes.
- Provide technical and analytical support to Customer Operations.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Manufacturer Operations Data Services team.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

- Shift Timing: 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM IST
- Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday
- Transportation: Cab facility available.
