Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire current clients through leads and referrals.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare periodic reports.

- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.

- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.

- Support partners with product knowledge, training, and issue resolution.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 3 - 4 years of experience in sales and/or relationship management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
