- Teach to UG and PG students related to Mental Health Nursing Subjects as per INC norms

- Supervises clinical practice and conducts psychiatric nursing research.

- Create develop and implement innovative teaching techniques

- Evaluate and maintain the students performann reports

- Mentor and supervise student research, dissertation and internships.

- Participate in organizing workshops, seminars, guest lectures and faculty development programs.

- Contribute to accreditation and quality assurance initiatives( INC, NAAC, NIRF and related academic processes)

- Relevant experience in any reputed University or education Institution is preferred

- Candidate must relocate to Meerut or to near by location

Preferred candidate profile





- Qualification M.Sc Nursing / Ph.D Nursing (in Mental Health Nursing) with valid State or INC registration with 1 to 3 years of academic or clinical experience

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills

- Ability to adapt to dynamic priorities with a calm mindset

- Positive command on MS Office(Word, Excel, Power point)

- Need immediate joiners / with a short Notice period
