Summary

Job Summary

- Prepare valuation of complex commercial real estate assets.

- Analyze rent rolls and lease terms for commercial properties.

- Independently conduct financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV).

- Perform site visits and research comparable properties.

- Manage client interactions and ensure expectations are met.

- Draft valuation reports and presentations with transparent assumptions and methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2-4 years post-education in valuation, financial modeling, and market research.

- Education: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance).

- Strong financial understanding and analytical skills.

- Advanced Excel knowledge and financial modeling expertise.

- Excellent report writing and PowerPoint presentation skills.

- Good communication, presentable personality, and team player.

Preferred

- Exposure to Argus, Power BI/Tableau, and GIS tools.

- Certifications like RICS or CSA/RV.
