Hiring an experienced Assistant Manager Property Accounting to lead accounting operations and manage a large accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong General Accounting/RTR, Property Accounting, team management, and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of approximately 1520 accounting professionals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Oversee General Accounting/RTR, General Ledger, reconciliations, and cash postings.
3. Prepare and review accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reporting quality.
5. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support team development.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of accounting and operational issues.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of relevant accounting experience.
2.



Currently handling a team individual contributor profiles will not be considered.
3. Must have been working at Assistant Manager / Team Lead level for at least 3 years.
4. Strong knowledge of General Accounting, RTR, GL, reconciliations, and cash postings.
5. Experience in Property Accounting will be preferred.
6. Hands-on experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar accounting software is preferred.
