Salary: INR 7.00 Lac to 9.00Lac CTC (Commensurate to Education & relevant Experience)

Key Technical Requirements: –

- Core Expertise: Rubber moulding with hands-on experience in CRB moulds.
- Finishing Operations: Solid command over secondary tasks like Notching, Slicing, Cutting, Clipping, and Taping.
- Operational Excellence (PQCDSME): Proven track record of improving Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale, and Environment.
- Problem Solving & Quality Tools: Expertise in 7QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Poka-Yoke.
- Lean Manufacturing & IE Tools: Working knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Line Balancing, and Yama Zumi.
