Responsibilities
Job Profile: This position holder will be responsible for payroll Compliance @ CMR Group Level. Currently we are using Darwin Box for Management Staff, Labour Works for Contract Labour for TeamLease Reg Tech compliance for HR Process. He / she would also be responsible for overall monitoring of day-to-day operation of HR Tech operation.
Position Responsibilities
- Payroll Management
- Ensure error free and timely payroll administration and disbursements of salary and wages CMR Group level
- interface with HR technology partners to communicate and integrate all the business requirements.
- Manage and update all the employee related data, perform analytics, and provide relevant inputs to the required teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain all personal files of Employees.
- Process make ensure timely Full Final Payments for all exiting employees.
Compliance
- Ensure statutory compliances for all HR Compliance
Audit
- SPOIC for all kind of internal or external Audit at Group Level make ensure Zero Non compliance
- Ensure to strengthen the system process to as per SOPs.
HRMS
- Ensure effective implementation of HRMS- Darwin Box Labour works software for complete life cycle of employees and responsible for Compliance application - Team Lease Regtech for all statutory compliances at Group Level.
- Collation collation of Various HR activities prepare HR-MIS for Management Review.

Core Competencies
- Proficient with HRIS software - Darwin Box/ PeopleSoft, PeopleStrong, SuccessFactors, SAP HR etc.
- Tech Savvy
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
General
- Age: 25-35 years.
- Candidate should not be frequent job changer.
- Notice Period- Joining period Max 30 Days. We can buy notice period, if required.
Qualifications
Essential: MBA/ Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource management / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations / MSW (2 years Full Time) from Institute of repute. Desirable: HR Analytics with specialization in Compensation Benefits will be an added advantage.
