- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations across locations.

- Manage PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Maternity Benefits Act, Payment of Wages Act, and other applicable labour legislations.

- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and remittances.

- Maintain statutory registers, records, licenses, and documentation.

- Coordinate with government authorities during inspections, audits, and statutory enquiries.

- Track changes in labour legislation and implement compliance requirements proactively.
