Role Summary:

Responsible for finance operations, cost accounting, inventory control, month-end closing, statutory compliance, MIS, audits, budgeting and coordination with factory/SCM/HR/Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting, costing and finance operations.
- Handle RM/FG inventory, BOM-based cost of production, COGS and consumption reconciliation.
- Coordinate monthly physical stock verification.
- Manage month-end closing, provisions, depreciation and forex workings.
- Review payroll, salary TDS and GST/TDS/Income Tax compliance.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, cost and transfer pricing audits.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, product costing and MIS reporting.
- Manage banking, treasury,



cash flow and FEMA/ECB-related activities.
- Identify financial/process risks and strengthen internal controls.
- Guide finance team and coordinate with Factory, SCM, Sales and HR.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 / IMS requirements.

Mandatory Skills: Costing | Inventory Accounting | BOM & COGS | Month-End Closing | GST/TDS | Statutory Compliance | Audit | MIS | Budgeting | SAP/ERP | Advanced Excel | Manufacturing Finance

Preferred: SAP/Oracle/Tally experience, banking/treasury exposure, team handling and knowledge of ISO/IMS.
