Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Supervise fabrication, cutting, drilling, welding, assembly, and finishing of PEB structural components.
Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Design, Planning, QA/QC, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams for smooth production flow.
Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and material consumption.
Monitor production progress, prepare daily production reports, and maintain documentation.
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
Resolve shop-floor technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Typical PEB production roles involve coordinating fabrication, welding, material planning, quality, and safety to meet delivery schedules.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
