The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing accurate information about programs, and supporting enrollment goals. This role involves student interaction, counseling, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, career prospects, and admission procedures
Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins
Follow up with leads and maintain a conversion pipeline
Assist students with application forms, documentation, and enrollment steps
Maintain accurate records in CRM or admission systems
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments
Meet individual and team admission targets
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
