Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers.
Maintain customer records, call details, and daily reports.
Handle data entry and basic back-office activities.
Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams.
Respond to customer queries and provide basic information.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, payments, or services.
Prepare and maintain documents, records, and reports.
Perform regular office administrative and computer-related tasks.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
