Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Assistant

Manager will support daily operations, including coordinating production activities, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This role involves supervising teams, aligning resources with project requirements,



and collaborating with engineering and service departments to meet customer commitments.

Manager will help manage documentation, reports, and performance metrics, and assist in resolving operational issues to maintain efficiency. The role also includes regular communication with internal stakeholders and clients to support smooth execution of environmental solutions and fire and rescue equipment projects.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in operations coordination, team supervision, and workflow management.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and support decision-making for continuous improvement.
- Understanding of manufacturing or engineering environments; experience in pumps, fluid handling, or fire and rescue equipment is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentations) and familiarity with standard reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Capacity to work on-site in Indore, adapt to agile operational needs, and follow safety and compliance standards.
