Orient Bell is looking for enthusiastic Area Sales Professionals for Gurugram, Pune, Hisar, and Trichy locations. Opportunities are available across Project, Retail, Channel, Government, and Institutional Sales.

CHANNEL SALES

- Appoint and manage dealers/distributors; grow width and depth of distribution and counter share against competition.
- Safeguard partner ROI stock rotation, ageing, scheme communication, timely claim settlement and range availability.

GOVERNMENT & INSTITUTIONAL SALES

- Track and bid tenders on Gem, CPWD, PWD, Railways, Defence, PSUs, Smart City and state bodies; drive vendor registration and empanelment.
- Manage EMD/BG, technical & price bids, BIS/ISI and test documentation, L1 negotiation, inspection, delivery schedules and departmental payment follow-up.

PROJECT SALES

- Map and pursue builders, developers, hospitality,



healthcare, retail chains, PMCs and large contractors; maintain a live project funnel.
- Drive specific cation with architects/consultants; negotiate rate contracts and manage BOQ, mock-ups, phased deliveries and site service.

RETAIL SALES (SIGNATURE SHOWROOMS / ORIENTBELL TILEBOUTIQUE)

- Drive walk-ins, conversion, average bill value and same-store growth across OBTC and Signature stores in the area.
- Ensure visual merchandising and display refresh, staff product training, lead management and closure discipline at store level.
