We are looking for a BIM Technician to join our project team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for BIM modelling and coordination throughout the project lifecycle, from design development to construction and as-built documentation.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage BIM models using Revit.
Coordinate models with Architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
Review drawings, models and design information for accuracy and coordination.
Support preparation of shop drawings, construction drawings and as-built models.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and the site team.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve architectural issues.
Ensure models are maintained as per project BIM standards, BEP and required LOD.




Support BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural BIM.
Solid working knowledge of Revit Architecture.
Valuable understanding of architectural drawings, detailing and construction.
Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.
Understanding of LOD, BEP and CDE.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Site/project experience will be preferred.
Knowledge of Navisworks and ACC/BIM 360 will be an added advantage. Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with current and expected CTC.
