We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to support client communication and ensure the smooth execution of ongoing projects. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who is eager to build a career in client servicing and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients via email, calls, and meetings.
Should be able to run Meta/Google Ads
Understand client requirements and share clear briefs with internal teams.
Coordinate with Creative, Social Media, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams to track project progress.
Follow up on deliverables to ensure timely execution of client requests.
Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and basic performance reports.
Maintain project trackers and client records.
Address routine client queries and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
Build positive client relationships through timely communication and support.
Learn agency processes and contribute to delivering a outstanding client experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1–2 year of experience in Client Servicing, Customer Success, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
Familiar with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Slack, Trello
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
