As our ecosystem expands, we are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Intern who wants hands-on exposure to property sales, client relationship management, and market research in a quick-paced setting

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to support organisational growth.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
Present company products and services to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective clients.
Support the sales process, including client acquisition and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business activities.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer relationship management, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Good presentation and client handling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Target oriented with a proactive and result driven approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
