Key Responsibilities
Compliance Oversight: Develop, implement, and manage the company’s ethics and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to local laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
Sales and Marketing Compliance:
Ensure sales and marketing practices align with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Review promotional materials, campaigns, and field activities to prevent potential compliance breaches.
Monitor compliance with the Medical Representative Code of Conduct and ensure transparency in all customer interactions.
Training and Awareness: Conduct regular training sessions for sales and marketing teams to promote a culture of integrity and compliance.
Risk Management: Identify, assess,



and mitigate compliance risks in domestic business operations, with a specific focus on sales and marketing.
Policy Development: Draft, update, and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines related to sales, marketing, and HCP (Healthcare Skilled) interactions.
Monitoring and Auditing: Oversee internal audits and compliance assessments to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement.
Incident Management: Investigate reported compliance breaches and take corrective actions as needed.
Reporting: Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure integrated compliance management.
