We are looking for a Creative Head / Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our clients’ social media presence—from strategy and content planning to execution, team coordination and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients.
Create monthly content calendars, campaign concepts and creative directions.
Lead the creative process for Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.
Develop innovative ideas for Reels, static posts, carousels, stories and campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers and shoot teams.
Review and maintain quality of all creative deliverables before client submission.
Understand client requirements and convert them into robust creative concepts.
Track social media performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, hooks and emerging content styles.
Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery.
Participate in client meetings and contribute strategic ideas.
Build a strong creative culture within the team.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Creative Strategy or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
Excellent knowledge of Reels, content strategy, hooks and storytelling.
Robust creative thinking and ability to generate fresh concepts.
Experience managing multiple clients/accounts.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and take ownership.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics is preferred.
What We’re Looking For Someone who doesn’t just manage social media, but can think like a Creative Director—understand the brand, identify what will work, build the content strategy and make the team execute it.
Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/monthDepending on experience, skills and portfolio.
